For New Producers

1) Simply submit the First Case Bonus coupon with your first piece of business.

2) When the business is paid, we will send a check equaling the appropriate percentage of the street commission.

3) Earn more by filling out the Referral Form and getting your friends to submit business.

For Existing Producers

1) Earn more by filling out the Referral Form and getting your friends to submit business.

 

Complete Sharing Success Rules:

1) First case bonus is equal to 5% of the new producer's base compensation on their first piece of business submitted through Zenith Marketing Group.

2) Friend referral bonus is equal to 10% of the base compensation on the case. A new producer can refer as many new friends as they wish.

3) Said friends will receive the new producer bonus when they submit first piece of business and may also refer friends.

4) This program is for new producers only. A new producer is defined as an individual who has no new business paid via Zenith Marketing Group since January 1, 2007.

5) Minimum case size is $1,000 of premium for Life, LTC, and DI cases and $50,000 of premium for Annuity cases.

6) Maximum amount of compensation on one case will be $10,000. Bonuses amounting to less than $25 will not be paid.

7) Bonus will be paid only on paid business where standard compensation rules are in effect.

8) Bonus will be paid on the first case only.

9) If a referred producer splits their first case, the referring producer would only receive the bonus based off of referred producer's portion of the premium, not the entire case.

10) The Bonus is based on the first modal premium received. No annualization of the premium (except for SBLI of Mass.).

11) Bonuses will be paid quarterly. The payments will be made by the 15th of the quarter following the end of the free look period.

12) Only business written for the following carriers will be eligible. New York products and companies are not eligible.

13) If a bonus is paid and Zenith Marketing Group incurs a chargeback due to policy lapse or surrender, the bonus is due back to Zenith Marketing Group within 30 days.

14) Producer must be in good standing with Zenith Marketing Group and the carrier.
